Patch: greater than 16TB support for e2fsprogs/ext4 on RHEL6

patch against http://git.kernel.org/?p=fs/ext2/e2fsprogs.git, fixing "e2fsprogs.spec" for "make rpm" on RHEL6.2 systems.

hint: this version of e2fsprogs enables ext4 filesystems > 16TB.
